What the site is for

The content here describes what we build and how we price it. Offerings, windows and figures on the site are descriptive, not an offer: nothing becomes binding until you have received and accepted a written quote for a defined scope. That is by design — the number you can rely on is the one we put in writing for you.

We keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors at every moment. If something here and something we wrote to you personally disagree, the personal version wins.

Enquiries

Sending the enquiry form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. How we handle the data in it is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design and brand of this website belong to Novanthe AB. What we build for clients belongs to the client — code, domain, hosting and documentation are handed over — but that transfer is defined in each engagement, not by these terms.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site alone — ask us, and you will get an answer in writing you can rely on. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
